The Mountain to Fountain 15K & 5K is a premier race in Fountain Hills, AZ with a strong elite field, and “win your weight in beer” team competition.
The 15K is a point to point route, all participants will start at the McDowell Mountain Regional park, run across the beautiful city of Fountain Hills and finish in front of the iconic Fountain Hills water fountain.
The 5K will start on the corner of Saguaro Blvd and N. Panorama Dr. will run around the fountain and finish in front of the fountain.
We are continuing with giving back to our runners by offering raffle prices. We will be purchasing multiple running accessories to raffle before the event, winners will be posted on our Facebook page and they can pick from our Gear store on race day. Each registered participant will get a ticket with their bib number. Each participant will have the option to put their ticket for a specific item.
The Desert Classic is an Arizona original. Join the tradition this year on Saturday Jan. 29, for your choice of a half marathon or 5K race starting and finishing at Riverboat Village, 18300 W. Bell Road in Surprise.
Cost is $50 for the half marathon ($45 for ARR members), and $26 for the 5K ($21 for ARR members). Price goes up after January 14, to $55 for the half marathon and $30 for the 5K. Your ARR member discount will show on your total during checkout.
Choose from a half marathon or 5K. Both courses are professionally marked and chip timed. Please note: Half marathoners must be 14 years or older on race day
THERE IS NO DAY OF RACE DAY REGISTRATION.
Packet pickup including your bib# and race shirts are available race day morning. To guarantee your shirt, please pick up prior to the start of the race.
Each registrant will receive a link to select a START time within the range of 7:30 am – 8:15 am. Runners are asked to arrive NO EARLIER than 40 minutes prior to their selected start time.
Bring your friends and family and fight child trafficking with us at the 3rd Annual O.U.R. Phoenix Rescue 5k and Kids Run. Flat and fast 5k course that is stroller friendly. Race T-Shirts, Custom Medal, entry into the Raffle, Post Race Snacks, and Comp. Photos included in 5k registration.
Additional medals given for the top finishers. Following the 5k, a 1-mile Kids Run will be held with each participant receiving a Custom Medal, Race Bib, and FREE entry into the Kids Zone so parents can run the 5k while their child plays!
The event will be professionally timed by Race Timers using a disposable timing chip. Results will be posted live onsite and online during the event.

The Annual PVSchools Community 5K Fun Run will be held on February 8, 2020 at Horizon High School. Our goal is to raise awareness and encourage district employees, their families, and the community they serve, to live a healthy, active lifestyle.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO CHOOSE A SCHOOL/SITE WHEN YOU REGISTER. EACH RACE PARTICIPANT NEEDS TO BE ASSIGNED TO A SCHOOL/SITE SO THAT LOCATION HAS A CHANCE TO WIN!!
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. Also, runners/walkers will not be allowed to start more than 5 minutes past the start time at 9:15 for safety and contractual reasons, so please be on time as we want you to participate!
T-shirts will be provided the day of the event to our registered participants in sizes S to XXL as well as a limited number of youth sizes. Please be certain to indicate your T-shirt size on your registration form, register by January 24th, 2020 to guarantee a race t-shirt.
Water and healthy snacks will be available after the race.
This event is chip timed by Race Timers and results will be posted on PVUSD’s website.

The Candy Cane 5K/Kids 1 Mile Run, to benefit the Marines Toys for Tots program! It’s a fun, family run/walk on a beautiful Saturday morning, all ages and ability levels are welcome! All runners get a medal and matching pin!
The race is chip timed with age group awards in 14 categories and includes a free raffle drawing. Water, Gatorade, snacks and popsicles will be provided.
