We have the latest timing system, the Ultra timing system uses a disposable tag that has an accuracy of 99.9%, so be confident that your time for your next event will be saved and accurate.

Event Scoring

To score all our timed events we rely on our UHF disposable chip timing system. It does not matter if your event has several hundred or several thousand participants, keeping track of your participant's time is an easy task when you hire professional timers. Our system synchronizes the participants time with our software which it will allow us a multitude of options to display results, statistics, awards and much more. Offering live on site and online results, onsite results lookup, splits along the course and more.

Mobile Race Timing Trailer

Have the latest and most accurate race timer at your event with this Mobile Race Timing Trailer to bring your event to the next level. We can mount up to four (4) 42” monitors to display, showing live results for event participants to see right after the race, or have combination of live results and results lookup.

Display Race Clocks

With a single charge, this LED Digital display clock offers a 10-hour continuous operation. Our double sided clocks have a visibility of about 150 ft. LED clocks can be mounted on a tripod or can be hung from a truss at the finish line

Inflatable Start/finish Arch

This customizable 20-feet high inflatable has the capability to display four 25” by 80” banners or eight 25” by 40” banners. We can provide banners at an additional cost.

Two Speaker Sound System

This Mackie top of the line system is perfect for a crowd of up to 900-1500 people. The sound system includes a mixer, two large speakers, a microphone, and the capability to easily connect a music player, such as an iPod. Additional speakers available upon request.

Water Coolers

There is no need to purchase equipment if you only host an event once a year. Race Timers offers clean 5 gal water coolers where you can keep water, Gatorade or other refreshing drinks cold for your event.

When you use re-usable coolers you will be helping our planet by not providing plastic bottles on race day!

Tables, Chairs and More - Los Ageles area only-
