Thanksgiving Day Classic 5k, 10 Mile & 1 Mile
November 26 @ 8:00 am - 11:00 am
Race registration will end on November 28th at 7:15 am for the 10 Mile race and 8:00 am for the 5K and 1 Mile. This late registration is only via RunSignUp
Begin your Thanksgiving celebration with a great race while helping a great cause. This event features three distances: 10 Mile, 5K, and 1 Mile Fun Run.
Back by popular demand, we will again be awarding pies to the top 3 finishers in every age group, for 10m and 5k at our Thanksgiving Day Classic. Pies will be awarded at the ceremony following the 5K, and from the timing station that will verify 10 mile results on an individual basis.
Charity Support
Proceeds from the races will support the Peoria Diamond Club, providing grants to many local charities including The Salvation Army and Special Olympics Arizona. In addition don’t forget to bring an unwrapped toy for the Peoria Diamond Club’s Toy Drive.
To date ARR has donated over $65,000 to these charity efforts.
