Race Info

The 5k run is held at the Estrella Mountain Hills, this trail has gorgeous mountains on the background and will challenge you from beginning to end. This is the last of three runs for the series. This course is the perfect place for new and experienced trail runners, to test their limits, but with your right running pace and determination you will rock the course.

Series Info

This event is part of the Cactus Flower Trail Series.  There are six runs, three in the Spring and 3 in the Fall. Signup for the Spring, Fall or both series and get all six medals and great swag.

At the Finish line

We will have cold water, Gatorade, live results, music and snacks.

Schedule to be updated as we get closer to event date.  Due to COVID-19 during the Fall of 2020 we started a wave starts.  Schedule below does not show waves at the moment.

Course Description

The course runs along several Estrella Mountain Trails in their natural state. There are sections on the course where is a bit rocky but you will still enjoy the course.


We will have the following awards

Overall awards – Top 3 male and female

Age group awards for top 3 male and female

19 and under
60 and over

*No double dipping.
**Winners must be present at the award ceremony to get their awards. Awards will not be saved or mailed.

Runner Swag

Each registered runner will receive

1 Finisher award
1 Bib number


If you are filling sick please do not attend the event.
